Ordering Infomation:

1.   All Credit Cards may be used to make payment through Pay Pal. It is not necessary for you to have a Pay Pal account to make payment. We also accept payments through Western Union, bank transfers, money orders, and personal checks.

Note:   We require that Personal Checks and Certified Checks clear before puppy can be picked up or sent. Checks that do not clear will incur an additional fee before puppy can be purchased.

2.   There is a $500.00 deposit per puppy, which is non-refundable. This deposit is considered a partial payment and the puppy will be marked 'Sold' upon receipt of deposit. If you wish to cancel your order after deposit has been made you will forfeit your deposit. This being the case, please do not make a deposit on a puppy unless you are absolutely sure you wish to purchase it.

3.   Sorry, but there are NO REFUNDS. All sales are final! We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase.

4.   You will receive or may pick-up your puppy when it has been paid for in full. NO EXCEPTIONS!

5.   Buyer(s) agree that the Seller can not be held liable for the actions of the puppy after sale is final (property damage, etc.). After all, puppies will be puppies.

6.   If you are having trouble coming up with the funds to pay for your puppy within the arranged time-frame, please call me and we can discuss it. I'm sure we will be able to work something out.




Shipping Infomation:

  • The Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs.
  • Health Records are sent with your puppy.
  • Specific delivery methods will be discussed upon purchase and will vary depending on your location.
  • We only use "Pet-Safe" transport.
  • We reserve the right to delay the shipping of your puppy if we feel any conditions may create an unsafe environment for the puppy, such as severe heat, etc. We assure you that we will do everything we can to get your new puppy to you, but not at the risk of its health.
  • When use of an airline is required to ship your puppy we will be responsible for ensuring the puppy boards the flight, after which the airline becomes responsible for the puppy.
  • After receiving a health certificate from a certified veterinarian, proving fitness for shipping, your puppy will be shipped in an airline approved crate. All papers required for shipping will be procured and sent with your puppy.
  • Please contact us for International Shipping!
  • We request feedback as to the welfare of the puppy upon arrival. It is our highest concern that the puppy remains happy and healthy during transport.
  • Rest assured, at the time of shipment, all shipping information will have been sent to you and I will be in contact with you to ensure that the puppy arrives safely.
